Hello Mr. Davis,
On another comic book forum there's a poster slowly reviewing comics of Excalibur the original series from Marvel. Currently he's up to issue 6, the Inferno 2 issue arc where Rachel and crew go to New York. So that got me rereading some old issues as well. Back in the first 20 issues or so it seemed two things use to happen a lot: about 6 or 7 characters ended up wearing Rachel's Hound outfit one way or another and Kitty ending up in embarrassing outfits like baby's clothes and cheerleading outfits. I was just wondering if those were purposely running gags for the series? Or were there any other running gags in the series that I may have missed?
Thanks,
DM Jim

Re: Yet ANOTHER Rachel & Excalibur question
Hi Jim
I had no input in the early stories so I don’t know whether Chris had a plan or just exploiting one on the underlying attractions of superhero comics-- The notion of dressing up and adopting other identities. ‘In comics clothes do make the man’... Or the menaced teen.
