Marvel is promoting FF: The End with a giveaway postcard available at comic shops.
The front of the postcard features art from the cover of FF: The End #1, while the back has art from the cover (just Doom's face) and first page of FF: The End #1. The back also has the following captions: "Fan-favorite creator Alan Davis returns to Marvel's First Family!," "The End Begins in November!" and "Also Available: Rough Cut Edition of Fantastic Four: The End #1!"

I was flipping through Thunderbolts #107 (released Oct.11) and noticed a Marvel-themed Hanes ad for boxer shorts that made use of Alan Davis artwork.
One side of the Fantastic Four boxers seen in the ad features Davis art intended for the cover of the aborted Fantastic Four: Heroes Return TPB, while the other side has Mike Wieringo art of the FF.

Based on the description in the following ebay listing, it sounds like Batman Annual 1992 (from the UK) includes a reprint of the Davis-pencilled Detective Comics #571 (which featured Scarecrow).
