Just a mistake on the part of whoever wrote up Marvel's listing for the Hero Variant edition. The 'regular' edition's listing credits Alan Davis on pencils. And a note that JR Jr. is handling art chores on Dark Reign: The List - Punisher #1.

A note that the Superboy image accompanying DC's listing for this TPB is Davis/Farmer art from page 4 of Superboy's Legion #1.
