I'm sure the revelation (if there is one re: Excalibur) will be intriguing.

I had asked the colourist to make Kay's skin tone lighter but as I'm only the writer, penciller and creator, what does my opinion matter. LOL. I didn't think she had the skin tone of an Indian person, though she was perhaps a shade too dark. I think the color was good, overall, though. Alan, any id...

Wow, I don't remember #52 at all or if I even read it as I tended to avoid the fill-in issues. Now I want to read it out of nothing else than morbid curiosity.

Got the issue, liked it, can't wait for the next one. Going to reread all the old issues. Wish I'd thought of doing that before I read the new one.

Also like the new logo over the old. The coloring is very good overall, though a bit overpowering in places.

...I'm relieved that we aren't going to have to deal with Tony Stark coming to their door trying to conscript them into post-Civil War military service, or whatever.
LOL!

Just a note, MiG, but from what I can see in your thumbnails in your gallery, your stuff looks great. Unfortunately the links to bigger images don't seem to work.

Well spoken, Alan. I also find I detest most computer coloring (as well as the majority of computer lettering). Not that it can't be used for good, but all too often, it's being used for evil. Aside from the aforementioned obliteration of linework, there is the use of such effects as the blur, which...

I’m not interested in producing the kind of comics that seem to be selling well—relatively speaking—which may make me an endangered species.
It's great to read this statement, though of course I sincerely hope this new series defies existing sales trends.

I always thought that Clandestine was underrated.
Not so much underrated as under-promoted, I think.

Aside from this, I had actually been considering closing my site because of the problems caused by people downloading images—some to publish online or in fanzines but, far worse, inking or colouring the downloads as samples or even to sell as originals. That'd be a shame but you gotta do what you g...

Interesting. As I understand it, the blue parts of Spider-Man's costume used to be black, as well but colorists came to mistake the blue highlights to be the color of that part of the costume.

Wow, 22 pages in 2 weeks; pretty fast! And for such good work! If only you were the regular penciller for that period. I know there are reasons why you didn't want to be the regular penciller but I still can't help but bemoan an opportunity lost. Your EXCALIBUR comics made up for it, though. As for ...
