Bryan Who?

Did cam Kennedy write his 2000AD classic story "Kenny Who?" with Bryan Hitch in mind? The fight on the plane in the Deathshead comic was the first time I saw the Alan Davis style copied. he even drew Brian Braddock as a passenger. Shame. i liked Hitch's style before. Now it's like Alan Davis with thin black ink spread all over it!

I'd always assumed that "Kenny Who?" was Cam Kennedy himself, and that "The Art of Kenny Who?" was intended as a comment on the US comic industry's attitude towards the UK talent that it had begun to employ.
