Louisville? Heh, I live in Lexington :) If you really want to get your husband a piece of art by Alan (assuming the commission is not feasible) then you could always check out his published work at... http://www.whatashock.com/doasales/ad.html Jim Warden runs the site and is a great guy and a pleasu...

There are very few comics that i look forward to. This makes me VERY VERY happy! I don't care that it's bimonthly, with Mr. Davis writing and drawing you know it's worth it. In fact it would have been a mistake to make it monthly, as Mr. Davis knows his own rate and keeps his schedules (and he won't...

Clandestine is mentioned in a recent buzzscope article. Nothing about a new series, just talking about how good the series was.

While I'm glad it exists, I sort of wanted it to be in Black and White. I own the original comics and really wanted to see Alan and Paul's phenominal line work. Diablo, I suspect that they will put out at least one more (since they do have it numbered). Jim, I agree about the cover colorist. I prefe...

" I prefer simplicity and elegance to the needlessly complicated designs which are often very limiting, time consuming and clunky (that is they work against creating movement in the art)." It's this elegance in your art that really appeals to me. You really capture a sense of movement and flow. Than...

I'm looking forward to the new stuff! I've been checking Jim's website for quite awhile now in the hopes of the new stuff showing up (actually started looking daily when you started, uncanny 444:). Will there be anything besides the published Uncanny X-men material? While i've been really looking fo...

Personally i think the uncanny 450 splash scene looks much better without color (the inked version and the pencil version where absolutley phenominal!) And the Exc. 16 cover has long been a fav. when it went on sale recently i was able to contact the seller and get a scan. now i just have to get ric...

Young Avengers
Personally i've never been the biggest Avengers fan, but Young Avengers is a great comic. Everything is in continuity, but you don't have to know anything about the Avengers, the characters are new, it's very humourous, well written, and Cheung's art is pretty cool.
