Re: facebook?

I think the main appeal is the "one stop shopping" as Ilke put it. You can click on Facebook or Twitter and see constant updates and musing from a variety of sources. Having said that, I think a great deal of personal interaction is lost. I am on Facebook, however, it is just as easy to check out th...

Re: U.S. apperance in Chicago

I am looking forward to seeing Alan again in Chicago. It is a nice con and the food in the area is fantastic. Hotel is booked and still checking flight options. Hope to see other forum members make the trek to the show.

Re: Mid-Ohio Con

Thanks for the update, Alan. Hopefully we can get you back to Ohio for 2012. Adding Mark to your visit would be amazing as I have never had the pleasure of meeting him before. Looking forward to your run on Captain America.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Alan Davis Interviewed at The Mighty Mighty MOC-BLOG

I commissioned Paul Neary to ink a scan of the Green Lantern/Star Sapphire piece I picked up at the MOC. Here is a link of the results. I hope Alan likes how it turned out.

Re: THOR: THE TRUTH OF THE HISTORY

It's funny you mentioned the staple problem. The middle pages of my comic fell out when I was reading it.

Re: THOR: THE TRUTH OF THE HISTORY

Read the book last night. Very fun story and the art was jaw droppingly gorgeous. Just the way I like my comics. I hope you get a chance to do more Thor in the future.

Re: Mid Ohio Con

I had a great time at Mid-Ohio Con. I was in Alan's line at 8:30 AM on Saturday. I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a Green Lantern/Star Sapphire piece from him. He signed a bunch of books and did a sketch of Rory and Pandora from Clandestine. Talking to him and his wife was a treat. They...

I've been playing catch up on my monthly reading. I just finished issue five and I enjoyed it. While it wraps up this story, it leaves room for more mini-series. Let's hope there isn't a ten year wait for the next one. I long for the days when all comics had this much story and excitement in each is...
