I am lucky to own one of Alan's latest postings on his site of the origianal Star Trek cast, inked by Mark, have it on the living room wall so i can view it all the time

I wouldn't wish to speak on behalf of Alan but i would think the cover would have significance to the interior story, it had to have approval from the editor and possibly a little tongue in cheek added to the mix.

i remember being at that ukcac and seeing the original kirby tribute page in one of the auditoriums i think Mark was signing it it looked fantastic and on recyled paper if i remember rightly, i myself am very lucky to have the Justice League group pencils on dispaly in alan's site and it is my pride...
